I ordered a navy suit in 42R, but a black 40R showed up instead. Customer service did get back to me, but I expected a faster response and a quicker fix. It wasn’t a total disaster, just frustrating and kind of a hassle.

It showed up and was basically what the listing said. Not much else to add, but it matched what I was expecting.

I kind of felt trapped at first because I thought the swap was going to be a whole hassle, but it ended up going really smoothly. No drama, no runaround, just an easy exchange

Returning my order was straightforward, and I didn’t have any trouble figuring out the steps. The only thing was that updates took a bit longer than I expected, so I had to be a little patient. It all got sorted in the end though. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, but not a headache either.

Ordering from mensusa.com was mostly easy. At first, anyway. Cart was clear. Size options too. I did have to type in my shipping info again after the page refreshed. Kind of annoying.

Payment worked fine. Email came fast. So yeah, not a bad checkout overall. Just felt a little old. Not super smooth compared to other sites.

I ordered a suit from mensusa.com and overall it looked decent when it arrived, but the sizing just didn’t feel quite right on me. The jacket was a bit tight around the shoulders, and the pants ended up longer than I expected from the size chart.
Not sure how to explain it, but it wasn’t a bad suit, just not the fit I thought I was getting. I had to take it in for alterations, which added to the cost, so I’d probably suggest measuring carefully or sizing up if you’re between sizes.

The fabric does feel good overall, but I was expecting it to be a bit thicker. It’s not bad, and it still feels nice enough, but the thinness was the first thing I noticed and it kind of took away from it for me.

My order from mensusa.com showed up in good shape overall. The suit was folded nicely and came with a plastic cover over it, which I appreciated because I had it sitting by the front door for a bit while I finished my coffee. Nothing was dirty, wrinkled up, or damaged when I opened it.

The only thing I noticed was that one corner of the outside box was kind of bent, probably from being tossed around during shipping. Thankfully, it didn’t affect the suit at all. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box felt a little sturdier, but the item itself was totally fine.

I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I thought it would. It kind of reminded me of dealing with returns at my old job, where everything eventually got sorted out, just not as quickly as people hoped.

I found a lot of suit styles I actually liked, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of tired of dealing with shopping and all the usual back-and-forth by that point, so I appreciated that it was easy to just pick one and be done.

I got my suit in a reasonable amount of time, i was a little relieved when I tried it on because the fit was mostly there. The pants did need a bit of hemming, which I kind of expected but still thought, “Alright, one more thing to deal with.” Nothing major though. Once that was taken care of, I was happy with how it looked and felt.

I ordered based on the size chart, but the jacket still ended up feeling a bit tight around the shoulders. The pants fit closer to what I expected, so maybe the jacket is just cut a little slimmer or the measurements run slightly small, I’m not totally sure. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, I just had to make a few adjustments. I’d definitely double check your measurements before ordering

I’m not totally sure if they were just busy or having an off day, but the staff didn’t come across as very professional. They did answer my questions, but it felt rushed and a little careless. I had to repeat myself a few times, which made the whole order feel more stressful than it probably needed to be. The suit itself was fine overall, but I feel like the service could definitely be better.

The suit looks fine at first glance, but the stitching feels kind of cheap up close. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think customers deserve fabric and construction that match what they’re paying for.
